1965 Panhead Giveaway

Own the first bike I built as an invited builder for the Born-Free Show.

This is my personal 1965 Panhead, California titled in my name. There isn’t much on this bike that I didn’t build, fabricate, or modify myself. From the frame to the front end, one-off parts, engine details, and countless custom touches, this bike represents years of ideas.

Most recently, I finished it off with one of our new NuuMetal 21” 9-spoke wheels paired with a matching AMF 18” 9-spoke rear wheel.

Bike Details

● California title in my name

● Dual-backbone, loop-tail chrome frame built by NuuMetal (3” up, 32° neck)

● Heavily modified dual-disc 35mm front end

● NuuMetal 21” 9-spoke front wheel with matching AMF 18” 9-spoke rear wheel

● One-off risers, handlebars, levers, master cylinder, trees, fork lowers, brake rotors, headlight bezel, and brake calipers, all built by NuuMetal

● Prism Supply throttle with 4Q grips

● 74” Panhead engine with a recently rebuilt

● Harley outside-oiled heads modified with custom fins around the pushrod and spark plug areas, inspired by XR engines

● All-new electrical system featuring an S&S stator, Cycle Electric regulator, and Dyna-S ignition

● Harley 4-speed transmission with Andrews internals

● Transmission case and lid modified with custom fin work by NuuMetal

● Harpoon kicker cover

● The very first French license plate primary I ever fabricated

● Frisco Sportster tank, sectioned with a custom diamond plate bottom

● Sectioned horseshoe oil tank with AN oil fittings

● Narrowed rear fender with handmade struts and a modified Ironhead taillight fitted with a smaller Prism Supply lens
